Our second popup collaboration with Kimchi Smoke BBQ named BIDDY CHO MALLEY’S PART DEUX, will be held at Biddy O’Malley’s in Englewood (36 N Van Brunt Street) on Thursday, December 5th from 6:00pm till 10:00pm.

Kimchi Smoke owner and pitmaster Robert Austin Cho will be showcasing his ‘cue skills with brisket, pork rib, and pork shoulder — smoked low and slow in his smoker. Our own Biddy’s executive chef Wilson Lindemann will also offer two special dishes for the evening.

For guests in attendance, the full Biddy O’Malley’s bar and kitchen menu will also be available (event details subject to change without notice).

On Friday, October 11th from 8:30pm till midnight at our Englewood location (36 N Van Brunt St), we present Dueling Cheesesteaks featuring Biddy O’Malley’s Executive Chef Wilson Lindemann (Englewood, Northvale) and Caffe Anello Executive Chef John Vitale (Westwood).

Each chef has crafted a unique cheesesteak along with special side dishes for the evening. Try one sandwich and one side, or indulge and try them all?!

Customers will be able to vote on their favorite, with the winner securing bragging rights and the title of Dueling Cheesesteak King.

For guests in attendance, the full Biddy O’Malley’s bar and kitchen menu will also be available (event details subject to change without notice).

Chef John's Cheesesteak $18
A5 Wagyu (the highest graded Japanese beef) blended with 28-day dry-aged ribeye served with a roasted garlic mascarpone & ricotta spread on toasted custom-baked bread

Chef Wilson’s Cheesesteak $18
48 hour sous vide short rib, smoked cipolini onions, blistered shishito peppers, crispy shiitake mushrooms, American-aged provolone “whiz”, grilled baguette

Biddy O’Malley’s and Kimchi Smoke BBQ are pleased to announce their first ever popup event, BIDDY CHO MALLEY’S, which will be held at Biddy O’Malley’s in Englewood (36 N Van Brunt Street) on Friday, March 22, from 8:30pm till midnight.

Kimchi Smoke owner and pitmaster Robert Austin Cho will be debuting all new menu items from his upcoming Little Ferry location — the shop will open sometime this April at the newly constructed H-Mart — all of which will be available for the first time at the popup. Biddy’s Executive Chef Wilson Lindemann has put the finishing touches on the new Biddy’s Loaded Potato Tornado, a version of the popular street food, which will be served during the event as well.
